Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
* The item must be in its original, undamaged condition, including all packaging.
* The original bill or proof of purchase must be provided.
Delivery Charges for Returns/Exchanges
1. If you choose to return a product using your own preferred courier service at a higher cost, we will not charge any secondary delivery fees for the replacement.
2. If the return is due to a change of mind (e.g., size, color) or if you select a replacement of equal or lower value, a secondary delivery fee of PKR 300 will apply and is payable by the customer.
3. If an incorrect item is delivered due to an error on our part, we will arrange the exchange at no additional charge to the customer.
Please Note: Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
We offer a 10-day refund policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:
* Sale or discounted items are strictly non-refundable.
* The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
* The return request must fall within the eligible timeframe.
* To process a refund, a delivery handling fee of PKR 350 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
* Please initiate the process by contacting us. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
